Jessica Forstall was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. After graduating from Sacred Heart Academy in 1999, she attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California; where she received an Associate’s Degree in Arts. Ms. Forstall continued her studies at the University of San Francisco where she received a B. A. in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy in 2003 graduated Cum Laude. Upon completing her undergraduate studies, she returned to the New Orleans area and was accepted into the Tulane University School of Social Work. During her time at Tulane School of Social Work in 2007, she traveled to India to teach English to Tibetan refugees for the Louisiana Himalayan Association. Ms. Forstall received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Tulane in the summer of 2007. In 2008, Ms. Forstall returned to India to volunteer her services for LHA and the Tibetan community to teach English.
Following the completion of her Master’s degree studies, Ms. Forstall was chosen to participate in Rebuilding Together, an AmeriCorps program based in New Orleans, which focused on strengthening the lives of Louisiana’s most vulnerable citizen and communities by providing low-income homeowners with critical home repairs, accessibility modifications and energy efficient upgrades.
Jessica Forstall joined the Law Offices of Warren A. Forstall in 2010. During her time with the office she has continue her studies and attained a degree in Paralegal Studies from Tulane University in 2012.
